Floor polishing machines can be used for a variety of applications to remove your dirt and to to polish your floors. The type of floor polisher will depend on the type of cleaning and the surface that is being cleaned, polishers come with 2 speeds low and high. The ‘low’ setting is more suitable to scrub and clean your floors whereas the ‘high’ setting is more suitable to polish your floors.
The pads used in conjunction with the polishing machines generates a different cleaning effect on your floor surface. Black pads are highly abrasive and would be used with the Jolly 17/2 on its lowest speed to abrasively scrub the floor to remove stubborn stains. Due to its abrasive nature this application may not be required on a routine basis. Red and green pads are in effect the next stage up from the black and are used to complete your maintenance cleaning. The softest pad is the white pad, this in conjunction with the Jolly 17/2 on its highest 325rpm setting helps polish your floors to a high level of shine.

The Jolly 17/2 is a dual speed scrubbing and polishing machine. Using the slower speed of 175rpm makes it suitable for scrubbing your floor. By simply clicking a button this will then increase its speed to 325rpm. This increased 325rpm allows the machine to polish your floors to a high shine.
The pads that we are giving away free with the machine purchase come in a variety of colours.
The combination of the range of pad colours alongside the dual speed polisher offers great flexibility. It could enable a highly soiled floor area to be treated to multiple applications bringing it through to a clean, highly polished surface. Alternatively it could offer the flexibility to clean and polish multiple floor types on the same site with a single machine.
