As we continue to expand and add to our diverse fleet of floor cleaning machines we need to ensure that we are able to continue to support our customers and the new machines.

We do this through a number of different methods. Internally we are continually looking for ways in which we can improve our service to our customers, we have recently announced a number of staffing changes to fulfil this.

Alongside our internal structure we are constantly building our stock and portfolio of spare parts and consumables. By doing this we are confident that we can provide parts and consumables in a quick and timely manner whenever our customers require them. This is critical in delivering excellent customer service.

Many of our customers will know that we firmly believe that to get the most effective and efficient cleaning from your floor cleaning machine you need to ensure that your brushes, squeegees etc are all in good condition. If these are damaged they will have a detrimental impact on the performance of your machine and may even result in you having to repeat the cleaning again. This will cost both time and money.

if you keep spare consumables on site it will ensure that you can simply change the old worn brushes  or squeegees and carry on cleaning with very little down time. You will not have to wait for the new brushes to arrive. In many cases it tends to be at the most inconvenient of times when parts  may become worn on your machine and stop working well. However if you have spares on site you will have the peace of mind that you can continue with little disruption.
