In order to receive a machine service from us we advise taking out one of our flexible service contracts. Through preventative maintenance from regular servicing you will help to reduce costs and machine down time, allowing your machine to work at its best at all times. If you do not have a service contract you can simply call us and we will arrange to come to your site.
When a machine service has been arranged through contact from our service department (email@example.com ) or calling 01684 850777, one of our manufacturer-trained engineers will arrive on your site at a pre agreed time. As each site is different and the cleaning demands placed on each machine are different our experienced engineer will assess the floor cleaning machine and the type of environment it is needed to clean in. This gives the engineer an instant guide as to what impact the environment may be having on the cleaning machine. However there are a number of set criteria (if applicable) that each machine is checked for in a routine service. These being:
After these initial visual checks the engineer will then go on to manually inspect the following to ensure they are all working effectively:
The outcome of each check is recorded and a copy given to you on site. Our engineer will then discuss with you any work that needs to be done to the machine and if in agreement the work is carried out on site there and then. Normally this is routine maintenance such as replacing worn brushes or damaged squeegees. This type of routine maintenance is important in keeping your floor cleaning machine working at its absolute best and keeping downtime of the machine to an minimum.
